Brand aesthetic

The logo is a vector representation inspired by the iconic Atollo lamp by Vico Magistretti, a timeless design piece that continues to captivate enthusiasts of all ages.
The lamp’s shape seamlessly integrates with the name, emphasizing the concept of proximity: 'next to you'.
This reflects the essence of the platform, designed to connect people with unique, design-forward objects just around the corner.

The color palette is inspired by 70’s prints. I chose white (#FFFFFF) for the main background of the website, but I also played with beige (#E3D5C1) and chocolate brown (#3E1C1A) to create contrast and make the website more dynamic. I also used a dark lime yellow for the CTAs to add a touch of energy and vibrancy to the different pages, guiding the user’s eye on a sensory journey driven by the colors.
All colors were tested according to WCAG guidelines to ensure proper contrast and accessibility.
Inspired by 70’s prints, the site uses a color palette of white, beige, chocolate brown, and dark lime yellow (for CTAs). This provides contrast, vibrancy, and is accessible according to WCAG guidelines.

Body Text: Inter Regular, 16 pt
H3 Inter Medium, 13 pt
CTA Inter Semibold, 16 pt
I chose Playfair Display for the titles for its timeless elegance, adding character and sophistication to the design. For the body text, Inter provides clarity and modernity, ensuring a smooth reading experience. Together, they create a harmonious contrast between classicism and innovation.
